Papa’s Parrot
What if you had a candy shop and kids came to the candy shop when they were young, but now they have gotten older, and they don’t want to come any more? So you think about something that you can do to stay active. When you get that something you share your feelings with it. It makes you feel good about yourself, but it does not make you feel the same. This is like the story “Papa’s Parrot” by Cynthia Rylant where the author tells us that you should care about people because something can happen to so what this book has a lot of meaning in it. In it like that you should tell people if you don’t like what they are doing. But it may be hard and it does a lot to the body. This happen in the book and the dad gets a bird because his some does not come any more and that makes him feel bad. So he gets a bird to make him feel better but that not all.
What readers like about this book is that it tells a lot what you should do to make someone feel good. Other thing the book tells me is that you should care about people because one day they can be gone. You we never see them again. So that means that you should about things before you do them again. On other thing the book tell you that you should think about other people and care about them because something can happen to them.
